THE HOLIDAY HOMES AND THE LYCIAN COAST 

The excellent location gives you a chance to have a Turkey vacation home with pool and to enjoy a huge range of activities nearby without needing a car. At Fethiye harbour there are many boat trips - to Gocek Marina, Saklikent Gorge and various trips around the 12 islands in the bay. During the summer season you can get a fast Fethiye/Rhodes ferry, taking 90 minutes, for either day trips or for a longer stay.

LYCIAN COAST
If you do hire a car you will be able to explore further to bring in Patara Beach  with its 20km long sandy beach and Saklikent Gorge for white water rafting. Go further afield to Pamukkale hot springs with outstanding limestone scenery or visit the many Lycian archaeological sites that include Cadianda, Tlos and Xanthos. Other places worth visiting are the pretty towns of Kas and Kalkan on the road past Patara Beach and Gocek marina which is off the Dalaman Airport road. If you visit the Dalyan area you get to see protected turtles, go mud bathing or white water rafting and visit ancient Kaunos.

The firm is accredited by State Inspection Regulators and their accounts and history are available for inspection together with many previous examples of apartments and villas which we will be glad to show you.

APARTMENT PRESENTATION
The apartment homes are built to a high specification in individual blocks on various plots around the town centre that have been selected for their outlook and views - mainly in the upmarket Karagozler and Tasyaka districts. Each block has communal gardens within a gated and fenced boundary with intercom security access to each apartment. The units are finished to a very high standard, with tight control over the building materials and methods, executed by workers who have been with the firm for many years. Typical examples in Karagozler are 3 and 4 bedroom luxury duplex apartments overlooking the Fethiye Marina while in Tasyaka are 2 and 3 bedroom duplex apartments with communal pools and fantastic views across the town.

BUNGALOW AND VILLA PRESENTATION
Villas have been and are being built in the Calis area of Fethiye and also around the traditional village of Uzumlu.  For example in Calis is a magnificent 4 bedroom 3 bathroom detached villa with all amenities, whie in Uzumlu are detached bungalows with three ensuite bedrooms and private pools and also four bedroom off-plan villas for sale. The homes are sold either complete or off-plan, which then allows you to apply your own ideas during the build. The holiday homes in Uzumlu are near the mountains with lovely views in all directions and come complete with fully landscaped gardens.
